CRES: A PROFESSIONAL YOU CAN COUNT ON

In an industry with over 60,000 practitioners and a turnover rate of 50% every two years, finding a real estate professional who can go the distance can be a daunting task.

The CRES is a nationally-recognized designation for real estate professionals who have chosen to go further.

The CRES designation is a mark of excellence earned only by top performers who demonstrate skills, training, experience and commitment that go beyond any provincial licensing requirements.

Awarded by the Real Estate Institute of Canada, the CRES designation assures you that you are dealing with a professional for whom real estate is more than just a job.

Rigorous specialized training gives CRES members the edge in meeting your real estate needs with competence, commitment and integrity.
