July 7, 1997 - Georges Renaud, FRI(E) CPM, President of the Real Estate
Institute of Canada (REIC) is pleased to announce that Wayne C. Sanford of
HomeLife Valley Realty Ltd. was recently awarded the
Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRES) designation.
The CRES designation identifies the licensed real estate professional who is
committed to superior service, and who is on the leading edge of
every industry trend and issue. The CRES is awarded to those
professionals who have at least two years of creditable real estate sales
experience and meet strict industry standards in specialized training,
continuing education and professional conduct.
