QUALIFICATIONS:

FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) Awarded by the Real Estate Institute of Canada after successfully completing an advanced Real Estate Program at St. Mary's University. The FRI designation is the longest standing achievement in the real estate profession in Canada; it is Canada's preeminent real estate designation. It is awarded to less than 10% of all real estate professionals in recognition of their individual effort, commitment, training and ethical conduct.

•CMR (Certified in the Marketing of Real Estate) Awarded in February, 1985, by the Real Estate Institute of Canada upon successfully completed specialized studies in the area of marketing residential real estate.

•CRES (Certified Real Estate Specialist) Identifies the licensed real estate professional who is committed to superior service and who is on the leading edge of industry trend and issue. CRES is awarded to the professional who meets strict industry standards in specialized training, continuing education and professional conduct and in demand for their expert advice, credibility, competence and superior service.

EXPERIENCE: Over 30 years experience; a full-time agent in the Annapolis Valley since 1970.

AWARDS: A consistent top-producer year after year and winner of numerous awards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Fully Licensed Agent since March, 1997, after successfully completing the real estate licensing program offered by the Nova Scotia Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Commission and successfully challenging the examination.

•Various courses in Customer Service and Marketing offered by HomeLife; post licensing courses dealing with Real Estate Law offered by the Nova Scotia Real Estate Association.

•"Automated Office" course through Nova Scotia Community College; office administration with computer training.

 

EXPERIENCE: Over four years of real estate experience: as a real estate office administrator, a real estate personal assistant dealing directly with clients and customers, and as a full-time agent since January, 1998.

Various supervisory positions in retail sales with emphasis placed on customer service.
